Sleeping in late then an power smoothie and sausage for breakfast. Biking up the huge Covenant hills to the gym with Eden and Ella. First day if lifting training; sore quads, rusty technique, feel myself getting stronger already. An hour session of yoga to cool down and let my muscles relax. Technique training at Shadowlands by myself. Quick dip at Gerber. Suprise visits with Al and Kamp. Back porch tanning.. Not helping much. Healing time with Tim Russell. Two weeks off of training. Driving Emerson to practice. Dinner at Talus with the parents. The Avengers at browood with some of the family.
